For our transaction, Dylon was actually the seller's agent; however, we had such great interaction with him we asked Dylon to handle both sides of the transaction. Dylon represented the seller very well and at one point asked to bring in another agent from his office to represent us, the buyers. Dylon felt this was necessary in order to remain impartial and neutral. We would not have it, and I am certainly glad we did not. Dylon Baker did an amazing job as my real estate agent. I will be the first to tell you my situation was a little wild since I was trying to buy a house in California while my wife was in Europe at the time.
